摘 要:T细胞亚群异常是导致免疫相关性血液病发病的重要因素,其发病机制与Thl/Th2、Thl7细胞、调节性T细胞(Treg)等辅助性T细胞异常有关。滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)作为新近发现的辅助性T细胞具有辅助B细胞产生抗体的作用,其产生、分化和功能均不同于以往的Thl、Th2和Thl7等CD4+T细胞。Tfh细胞及其相关分子的数量和/或功能异常在免疫相关性血液病的发病中发挥重要作用,有望成为其新的治疗靶点。The abnormal quantity and functions of T cell subsets contributes to the pathogenesis of immune-related blood diseases. The production of autoantibodies in these diseases was related to abnormal quantity and functions of B lymphocytes, which in turn are caused by the inhibition of regulatory T cells (Treg) , T helper (Th) 1, and activated Th2 and Thl7 cells. T follicular helper cells (Tfh cells) are a newly defined effeetor T cell subset and the true helper cells for antibody responses. The production, differentiation and function of Tfh cells are different from that of other CD4+ T cells, such as Thl, Th2 and Thl7 cells. Tfh cells play an important role in immune-related blood disease. It is expected Tfh cells might be a new therapeutic target for immune-related blood disease.
