摘  要:为了研究复配基质对潢川金桂生长的影响,对不同时期不同复配基质盆栽潢川金桂根际微生物的菌群数量、根系碳氮代谢及相关酶活性进行测定。结果表明,复配基质处理下潢川金桂根际微生物的含量及碳氮代谢水平均优于对照,处理7基质[V(发酵玉米秸秆基质)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(炉渣)=3∶1∶2]的根际微生物含量及组成和碳氮代谢产物及相关酶活性又优于其他处理,可以作为潢川金桂盆栽较理想的基质。In order to study the influence of different pot-mixes on the growth of Huangchuan Jingui,rhizosphere microorganisms, carbon and nitrogen metabolites of roots and related enzyme activitieswere detected under different pot-mixes and different periods. The results showed that the content ofrhizosphere microorganisms and the carbon and nitrogen metabolism level in compound substratetreatment were significantly better than the control. Especially, the total amount and composition ofrhizosphere microorganisms, the carbon and nitrogen metabolites and the related enzyme activity intreatment 7 [-V(maize straw) V(perlite) : V(slag )=3 : 1 : 2] were superior to other treatments.Therefore, treatment 7 can be used as an ideal formula for potted Huangchuan Jingui.
