摘　　要：在腹股沟疝修补手术的并发症中,血管损伤的发生率并不高,对于严重血管并发症,国内外文献更是鲜有报道。血管损伤一旦发生,经验不足的医师可能出现误诊、漏诊或处理不当,给病人带来严重后果,需引起外科医生的足够重视。术者应随时保持对严重血管并发症的警惕,预防血管损伤的发生。虽然血管损伤不能完全避免,但只要术者熟练掌握腹股沟区解剖,准确运用各种腹股沟疝修补材料及方法,术中严格规范操作,发生血管并发症后及时分析原因并正确处理和治疗,均能将疝治疗中血管并发症的危害降到最低。In the complications of inguinal herniorrhaphy,the incidence of vascular injury is not high. For severe vascular complications,literature is rarely reported. However,in the case of vascular injury, inexperienced surgeons may misdiagnose or give improper treatment that can lead to serious consequences,to which surgeons need to pay enough attention. Surgeons should remain vigilance against serious vascular complications constantly to prevent the happening of vascular injury. Although vascular injury cannot be avoided completely,as long as the surgeon master the anatomy of the inguinal region,be familiar with a variety of materials and methods of inguinal hernia repair,make a delicate surgical procedure,analyze the reasons for the occurrence of vascular complications timely and give a proper treatment,the harm of vascular complications will be minimized.
