摘　　要：运用变精度粗集理论,结合专家的群决策,提出了一种新的判断矩阵的构造方法.根据证据理论综合专家群体评价结果,得出各决策因素的条件属性值与分类误差,进而利用变精度粗集的依赖因子,构造具有完全一致性的判断矩阵.在允许一定误差的基础上,尊重了专家意见,且满足了客观性要求.This paper proposes a new constructed method of judgment matrix. The theory of variable precision rough set is applied,combined with experts’ group decision. In the behavior of evidence theory,results of experts’ evaluations are fused,and both condition attribution values and classification errors are obtained. Using the dependency factor of variable precision rough set,a consistent judgment matrix of AHP is constructed. The method,allowing certain errors,fully utilizes the experts’ subjective judgment and satisfies the demand of objective.
