摘 要:建立了自动计量弧形闸门不同开度时,闸门安装段流体计算域的三维模型,采用VOF模型及标准k-ε模型对过闸水流进行三维数值模拟.获得过闸水流的流动特性和渠底所受压力曲线,分析其流速、流场、压力分布的变化规律,提出了闸门安装段渠道结构的改进方案并进行仿真.结果表明:与现有弧形闸门安装渠道相比,修建消力池、加长闸后矩形明渠的长度,不仅可以削弱水流对渠道的冲刷与破坏作用,减少闸门底部泥沙堆积,而且闸门前后渠底所受压力平稳区的水压波动范围减小,有利于提高水位测量精度.We established 3D model of automatic calculation flow radial gate installment area fluid computational region in the different opening angle of gate,and 3-D Numerical Simulation was carried out for the water flow though radial gate by using VOF model and standard k-εmodel. The flow characteristics of the water flow though radial gate and the pressure curve of the bottom of the water channel were obtained. The flow velocity,and flow field,and the change law of pressure distribution were analyzed. The improvements of gate installation area channel structure were proposed and simulated. The results show that building stilling pool and increasing the length of rectangular open channel after the gate not only can weaken the erosion and damage function of flow for the channel, reducing the sediment accumulation under the gate,but also can decrease the pressure range of pressure stable zone after gate,which can increase the water level measurement precision compared with existed radial gate installment channel.
