摘　　要：分析了三网融合和Intranet(企业内网)的发展现状及存在的问题,提出把企业内部的计算机网、电话网和电视网三网合一的观点,讨论了Intranet内实现三网融合的必要性、技术路线,阐述了三网融合综合接入端和终端的原理与组成,最后给出基于Intranet的三网融合的完整实现方法,并对基于Intranet三网融合与现有企业内部网络进行了比较.After analyses of the current tri-networks integration and intranet, the three-in-one approach, i.e., integration of internal computer network, telephone network and television network, is presented. Necessity and techniques of the approach is discussed, and working principles and composition of the access end and terminal are expounded. The implementation of the new approach is offered, and a comparison between the three-in-one approach and internal network is made.
