摘　　要：详细介绍了V法铸造工艺方案评价指数计算公式及铸件工艺方案系统评价模型,分析了工艺构思、工艺措施、工装模样和成本效益等二级指标评价标准,阐述了二级指标的评价方法.在评价模型中设计了较合理的结构、完善的指标体系和标准,考虑了V法铸造的各种影响因素,实际的操作性强,为提高工艺设计的可靠性增加了保证.The calculation formula of evaluation index for V-process and the evaluation model of casting process were introduced in detail. The secondary indicators evaluation standard, including process design, technological measures, tooling and cost-effectiveness, was analyzed, and the secondary index evaluation method was expounded. The evaluation model with more reasonable structure, perfect index system and standard and considering the influence factors for V-process is easy to operate, which provides a guarantee to improve the reliability of process design.
