摘  要:简述了YC4F气缸盖的铸造工艺,观察了夹杂缺陷的宏观形貌和微观形貌,并检测其化学成分,系统分析了气缸盖铸件夹杂缺陷的成因,从砂芯表面质量、排气系统、浇注系统和浇注速度等方面制定了针对性措施.经实际生产验证,工艺改进措施有效解决了YC4F气缸盖铸件的夹杂问题.The casting process of YC4F cylinder head was described. The macrostructure and microstructure of inclusion defects were observed, and their chemical composition were tested. The origins of inclusion defects for cylinder head were analyzed systematically. The specific measures were formulated from the surface quality of sand core, venting channel, gating system and pouring rate. The practical production verifies that the inclusion problems of YC4F cylinder head castings are solved effectively by improving process measures.
