摘　　要：在国家重组卫生和计划生育机构职能的大背景下,湖北省来凤县针对县域内卫生机构和计划生育机构设置特点,从机构职能、人员配置、财务分配、物资归属等方面进行探索,开拓出一条顺应自身资源整合发展的道路,并为我国县域卫生机构和计划生育机构的资源整合提供借鉴。On the background of reconstruction of the functions of health system and family planning system in China,Laifeng County identified its own features of health organizations and family-planning organizations,explored the reconstruction mechanism from the view of system functions,staffing location,financial allocation and supplies attribution,and finally found the mechanism of reconstruction between health system and family-planning system to provide reasonable suggestion for the reconstruction of health system and family planning system in township regions in China.
