摘　　要：第三方调解作为一种非诉讼纠纷解决方式,在医疗纠纷解决中具有很大的比较优势。调解过程中存在着许多因素影响医疗纠纷第三方调解的公信力,需要从规范调解程序、改善调解沟通、构建调保结合、遵循调解自愿、建立调解制度等方面入手,提高医疗纠纷第三方调解的公信力。As one of the non-litigation methods in solving the disputes,the third party credibility plays a very important role in solving medical disputes.There are many factors affecting the third party credibility in mediation process of medical disputes.The third party credibility of mediation can be improved through mediation process adjustment,mediation communication improvement,mediation and insurance system establishment,mediation voluntary and mediation system construction,ect.
