东西部两城市居民卫生服务利用及影响因素对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨东部徐州与其西部对口支援城市伊犁居民的健康状况、卫生服务利用情况以及两地卫生服务利用影响因素的异同。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,对徐州和伊犁城乡展开调查,由调查员入户进行访问,统计分析使用SPSS18.0统计分析软件。结果伊犁居民的综合卫生服务利用率高于徐州居民。职业、文化程度、是否患慢性病、吃饭口味、卫生价格满意度、获取保健知识途径以及医疗保险类型是两地居民卫生服务利用的共同影响因素;年龄、婚姻状况、社区卫生机构能否满足健康需求影响了徐州地区居民的卫生服务利用;是否经常锻炼、卫生服务要求水平、宗教信仰影响了伊犁地区居民的卫生服务利用。结论西部居民的潜在卫生服务需要正集中转化为需求和利用,要因地制宜地指导居民进行有效的卫生服务利用,从而更好地促进卫生援疆工作的发展。Objective The study was conducted to explore the differences and similarities in health conditions, health services utilization, and the influencing factors between residents in an east China city- Xuzhou- and its complementary support city in west China- Ili. Methods Urban and rural residents in Xuzhou and Ili were selected by multistage sampling and were home-visited by designated surveyers. The results were analyzed by the SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software. Results The comprehensive health services utilization rate of Ili residents was higher than that of Xuzhou residents. Occupation, education level, chronic diseases, dietary habits, satisfaction towards health services pricing, accessibility to healthcare knowledge, and type of medical insurance were the common influencing factors for health services utilization among residents in both cities. Age, marital status, and whether the community health service providers had met the local health needs affected the level of health services utilization among Xuzhou residents; while frequency of exercises, demands for health services, and religion influenced the utilization of health services among Ili residents. Conclusion Potential need for health services among residents in west China has been transforming into demand and utilization. Therefore, the residents should be educated to effectively utilize health services according to their local conditions, so to better promote the development of a healthcare support system for Xinjiang.
