徐州市敬老院老年人生存质量现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解徐州市敬老院老年人生存质量现状,为社会养老事业发展及研究提供参考依据。方法随机整群抽取徐州市9家敬老院,以世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)以及自编问卷,对298名60岁及以上老年人的生存质量进行调查。结果徐州敬老院老年人生存质量总平均分为(54.97±10.41)分,生理、心理、社会关系、环境领域评分分别为(49.47±17.30)、(55.67±11.93)、(57.71±13.14)、(57.00±10.83)分。是否患慢性病、不同年龄、性别、职业、受教育程度、婚姻状况等老年人生存质量有差别。结论徐州市敬老院老年人无配偶者居多;老年人生存质量较差,有必要采取综合措施提高敬老院老年人的生存质量。Objective The aim of this study was to learn about the life quality and its relevant factors of the elderly in gerocomium in Xuzhou and to provide references for improving the social endowment system. Methods Random cluster sampling method was used to select 298 seniles aged 60 and above from 9 gerocomiums in Xuzhou. World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Evaluation Form （WHOQOL-BREF） and Self-made questionnaires were utilized for the survey. Results The average score of the life quality of the elderly in gerocomiums in Xuzhou was 54.97 ± 10.41. The score of physical status, psychological status, social support and environment of the elderly was 49.47 ±17.30, 55.67 ± 11.93, 57.71 ± 13.14, 57.00 ± 10.83, respectively. Differences in the life quality resulting from chronic diseases, gender, age, occupation, education, marriage and so on were observed. Conclusion Most elderly in Xuzhou gerocomiums live alone and their life quality is poor. More efforts should be done to improve their quality of life, which is influenced by various factors.
