摘 要:目的分析江西省1999-2006年外环境监测分离的O139群霍乱弧菌之间的分子分型特征和遗传相关性,为霍乱防制提供科学依据。方法利用聚合酶链反应检测霍乱毒素基因,用脉冲场凝胶电泳对菌株进行分子分型,所得结果以BioNumerics V5.01软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析。结果 43株O139群霍乱弧菌中15株为产毒株,28株为非产毒株;43株O139群霍乱弧菌以NotⅠ酶切后脉冲场凝胶电泳可分为22个型别。结论江西省外环境分离菌株PFGE型别呈多态性。要加强对环境水体霍乱弧菌污染状况的监测工作,结合流行病学调查分析,为霍乱暴发或流行提供预测预警。Objective The objective of the study was to analyze the molecular types and genetic correlations between Vibrio cholerae O139 isolated from monitoring of the external environments between 1999 and 2006 in Jiangxi Province, aiming to provide a scientific reference for the prevention of cholera. Methods Cholera toxin genes were detected by polymerase chain reactions and molecular type of the bacterial strains were determined by pulsed field gel electropharesis (PFGE). The results were clustered analyzed by the UPGMA method in the BioNumeries V5.01 software. Results Among 43 strains of Vibrio cholerae O139, 15 were toxin-producing strains and 28 were not; pulsed field gel eleetrophoresis after enzymatic restriction by Not I revealed 22 molecular types among the 43 strains. Conclusion PFGE types of strains isolated from the external environments in Jiangxi Province exhibit polymorphism. Monitoring of pollutions caused by Vibrio cholerae in the environmental water body should be emphasized and combined with epidemiologieal investigations and analyses, so to provide effective predictions and warnings for cholera outbreak or epidemic.
