摘 要:目的了解兴海县人间肺暴发鼠疫流行后鼠疫动物病流行现状。方法采集动物脏器及媒介昆虫进行鼠疫菌培养、RIHA、PCR检测。结果共检测啮齿动物5科7属9种130只;检测蚤4科10属18种300匹,均没有检测到鼠疫菌及鼠疫F1抗原,PCR鼠疫核酸检测结果阴性。结论该地区人间肺鼠疫暴发流行后动物间鼠疫流行呈静息状态。Objective This study aimed to learn the prevalence status of epizootic plague after the epidemic outbreak of human pneumonic plague in Xinghai county. Methods Animal viscera and vector insects were collected for culture and detection of the pathogen Yersinia pestis by RIHA and PCR. Results A total of 130 rodents of 9 species, 7 genera and 5 families, and 300 fleas of 18 species, 10 genera and 4 families were tested. Yersinia pestis was not detected from these animals. F1 antigen and PCR of plague were also negative. Conclusion Plague among animal communities was static after the epidemic outbreak of human plague in this region.
