摘　　要：图书馆文献借阅室管理有着自身的规律,存在大量的参考咨询工作,但这些工作往往被忽视,被割裂。加强借阅室参考咨询工作对提高图书馆服务质量有重要的意义。图书馆应采取有效措施,强化文献借阅室的参考咨询工作。The management of document reading rooms in libraries has its own laws and involves a lot of reference and consultation. However, the work is often ignored and separated. Strengthening the reference and consultation of reading rooms is of great significance in improving the service quality of libraries. The libraries should take effective measures to strengthen the reference and consultation of document reading rooms.
