复方丹参注射液抗心肌缺血及活血化瘀作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参注射液的抗心肌缺血及活血化瘀作用。方法:实验分为模型对照组、复方丹参注射液低、中、高剂量组和阳性药物香丹注射液对照组。采用舌静脉注射垂体后叶素制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察复方丹参注射液对大鼠心电图的影响;通过兔体外血小板聚集实验,观察复方丹参注射液对ADP诱导血小板聚集率的影响;对小鼠连续尾静脉注射给药3天,观察凝血时间变化;对大鼠连续尾静脉注射给药3天,观察血液流变学指标的变化及抗血栓形成作用。结果:复方丹参注射液有较好的对抗垂体后叶素所致心肌缺血心电图改变作用,其作用随剂量的增加而加强;对ADP诱导的兔体外血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用;可明显延长小鼠凝血时间;改善大鼠血液流变学指标的变化,明显抑制大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成。结论:复方丹参注射液可通过活血化瘀对抗心肌缺血,是防治心肌缺血性疾病的有效药物。Objective：To observe the effects of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on myocardial ischemia and promoting blood circulation to remove stasis.Methods：The experiment was divided into five groups：the model control group,the low,middle,high dose group of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection,and the positive drug control group of Xiangdan injection.the model of acute myocardium ischemia of rats was induced by injecting pituitrin through lingual vein,the effects of the compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the electrocardiogram of rats was observed; the effects of the compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP was observed by the experiment of rabbits＇ extracorporeal platelet aggregation; the changes of coagulation time was recorded by continuously injecting compound salvia miltiorrhiza to the vena caudalis of mice for 3 days ; the changes of hemodynamic indexes and the antithrombotic effect was observed by continuously injecting and dosing to the vena caudalis of rats for 3 days.Results：Compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection had a better effect to change the myocardial ischemia electrocardiogram caused by anti-pituitrin,and its effect improved with the increase of dosages; it also had an obvious inhibition effect on rabbits extracorporeal platelet aggregation induced by ADP; significantly prolonged the blood clotting time of mice; improved the change of hemodynamic index of rats and obviously inhibited the formation of thrombus on move-venous bypass of rats.Conclusions：The compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection is an effective medicine for myocardial ischemic diseases by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
