益肾健脾汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴骨质疏松大鼠血清性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾健脾汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠骨密度及血清性激素的影响。方法:大鼠以饮用0.1%氨水建立慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型,分组治疗90天后,应用双能X线吸收法(DEXA)检测大鼠股骨骨密度,应用放免法检测血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,造模后各组大鼠股骨骨密度值及骨矿含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清雌二醇含量降低(P<0.05);血清促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素均升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,中药干预3组均有明显改善骨质疏松作用,可增强骨密度与骨矿含量,提高血清E2水平(P<0.05)。结论:益肾健脾汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴骨质疏松症模型大鼠有良好的治疗作用,能通过提高雌二醇水平,改善骨质疏松。Objective：To explore the effects of Yishen jianpi decoction on bonemineral density and sex hormone in chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） rats.Methods：To make rats＇ CAG model with 0.1％ ammonia water for drinking.The experimental rats were randomly divided into 6 groups：normal control group,model group,Weimeisu and low,middle,high dose Yishen jianpi decoction groups.After 90 days treated,DEXA was adopted to detect rats＇ femur BMD and BMC,and radioimmunoassav method was used to detect serum E2,FSH and LH.Results：To compare with abnormal control group,rats＇ femur BMD and BMC in the other groups were obviousy reduced,serum E2 decreased,serum FSH and LH increased significantly.To compare with model group,all above changes were obviously improved in the three Yishen jianpi decoction groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Yishen jianpi decoction has good curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritic with osteoporosis model rats,and it can also significantly improve E2 level in rats,so as to achieve the purpose of treating osteoporosis.
