摘 要:以华北地区常见的3种冷季型草坪草匍匐翦股颖、多年生黑麦草和草地早熟禾为试验材料,每个草种选取了有代表性的2个品种进行NaCl胁迫试验。盐浓度分为0、3、6和9dS/m,经过3周的盐胁迫处理后,通过对细胞膜透性、叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸、以及可溶性蛋白等指标的测定,对草坪草耐盐性进行了综合评判,结果表明,3种冷季型草坪草种的6个品种耐盐性能由强到弱的顺序为:草地早熟禾Midnight>草地早熟禾Kenblue>匍匐翦股颖A4>匍匐翦股颖T1>多年生黑麦草Premier>多年生黑麦草Accent。Three cool-season turfgrasses (creeping bentgrass,perennial ryegrass and Kentucky bluegrass) which were widely used in north China were selected as experimental materials,and two representative cultivars of each species were used to test the response to salt stress.The salt concentrations used for salt-stress treat-ment were 0 dS/m,3 dS/m,6 dS/m and 9 dS/m.A series of physiological parameters (cell membrane permeabil-ity,chlorophyll content,MDA content,proline content and soluble protein content)were measured to evaluate the salt tolerance,and the order of salt tolerance of tested turfgrasses was Kentucky bluegrass (Midnight)〉Kentucky bluegrass (Kenblue)〉 creeping bentgrass (A4)〉 creeping bentgrass (T1 )〉 perennial ryegrass (Premier)〉 perennial ryegrass (Accent).
