摘  要:目的了解10mm布袋弹对生物体打击时的致伤效应特点,为布袋弹的使用与致伤后救治提供科学依据。方法根据两种生物皮下组织结构特点,主要采用瘦肉型猪进行局部组织创伤研究,采用山羊来进行内脏损伤研究。采用猪、羊各15只,按0.1m、1m、3m、5m和10m射击距离分为5组,每组分别对胸腹部和臀部进行射击,射击后解剖检测致伤情况。根据两种生物皮下组织结构特点,主要采用瘦肉型猪进行局部组织创伤研究,采用山羊来进行内脏损伤研究。结果解剖表明:>5m距离时,未出现实质性脏器破裂出血情况;<5m距离时,羊胸部伤有血气胸表现,实质性脏器伤有失血性休克表现,呼吸浅快,脉搏心率加快,血压先高后下降,但未出现现场死亡。结论 10mm布袋弹伤在5m距离外以局部软组织挫裂伤为主,一般无需医疗处置;5m距离内击中要害部位时,应及时进行彩超、X线检查,局部伤采取清创处理,进入体腔的按照火器伤救治原则进行开胸、开腹检查处理和救治,救治不及时可致死亡。Objective To investigate the characteristics of biological wounding effects caused by 10mm bags bullet and to provide scientific reference for the application of the 10mm bags bullet and the bullet injury treat-ment.Methods Totally 15 pigs and 15 goats were used and divided into 5 groups by shooting distance of 0.1m, 1m,3m,5m,10m;each group of animals were dissected and the wounding effects were determined after being shot in the corresponding distance under normal temperature environment .Results Visceral rupture bleeding phenomena was not observed in animals shot out of the range of 5m;lungs liver and spleen rupture bleeding phenomena were ob-served in goats shot within the range of 5m,especially within 1m.Liver and lung tissues could be penetrated .Con-clusion Out of the range of 5m,the 10mm bag bullet wound is mainly presented as contusion and laceration of local parenchyma;the ultrasonic and X-ray examinations and local site debridement are needed when shot at the vital part within the range of 5m;what's more,to avoid death cases,thoracotomy or celiotomy should be taken in the case of bullets shot into the celom ,examination and treatments can be taken under the principle of firearm injury treatments .
