摘  要:[目的]探讨经后外侧人路抗滑钢板治疗Danis-Weber B型三踝骨折的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析从2008年7月~2012年7月经踝关节后外侧入路采用抗滑钢板技术治疗的Danis-Weber B型三踝骨折患者共32例(男9例,女23例,平均年龄46.3岁),均采用切开复位内固定治疗,对伤口感染、骨折不愈合、内固定失败、腓骨肌腱炎等并发症进行观察。[结果]术后随访1258个月,平均18.2个月,所有骨折均达到骨性愈合。术后1年对踝关节功能采用Olerud和Molander的踝关节伤后自我评分系统进行评估,平均90.3分,优25例(78.1%),良5例(15.6%),优良率为93.7%。[结论]经后外侧入路抗滑钢板治疗Danis-Weber B型三踝骨折疗效满意,值得临床推广。[ Objective] To explore the clinical effects of antiglide plates in treatment of Danis - Weber Type B trimalleolarfractures through posterolateral approach. [ Method] Thirty-two patients (9 males ,23 females ,46.3 years old on average) withDanis-Weber Type B trimalleolar fractures treated with antiglide plates through posterolateral approach from July 2008 to July2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF). Complications such as in-fection, nonunion, fixation failures, peroneal tendonitis, etc. , were observed. [ Result] The patients undertook a follow -up of 12 58 months, 18.2 months on average. All fractures obtained bone union. Scoring of ankle functions according to the Olerud andMolander Scoring System one year post operation showed that the average score was 90.3 points, and there were 25 patients(78.1% ) with excellent scores ,5 patients (15.6%) with good scores, the overall excellent and good results rate reached up to93.7%. [ Conclusion] The treatment of Danis - Weber Type B trimalleolar fractures with antiglide plates via posterolateral ap-proach has leaded to satisfying results, thus is recommendable in our clinical work.
