小直径撕囊口对超声乳化治疗白内障手术效果影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小直径撕囊口对超声乳化治疗白内障手术效果的影响。方法临床病例对照研究。对2013年3-4月在安阳市眼科医院就诊的100例（100只眼）病人行超声乳化＋人工晶状体植入术。术后根据囊袋撕口直径，将病人分为正常组（5．5—6mm）84例（84只眼）；小直径组（≤5mm）16例（16只眼）。观察两组病人术后的最佳矫正视力、囊袋收缩、人工晶状体移位、悬韧带断裂和后发性白内障等情况。结果小直径组撕囊口术后最佳矫正视力、囊袋收缩程度、人工晶状体移位和后发障构成等并发症明显高于正常组，差异显著有统计学意义（r=35．07、54．85、29．42、38．07，均P〈0．05）。结论超声乳化手术中晶状体撕囊口偏小，可造成术眼晶状体囊袋收缩、人工晶状体移位、悬韧带断裂和后发性白内障，严重影响病人视功能。Objective To observe the effect of less diameter circular capsulorhexis on the treat-ment of cataract with PHACO. Methods One hundredpatients received surgerywith PHACO com-bined with IOL. These patients were dividedinto two groups, normal group （5.5-6mm） and few diam-etergroup（〈5mm） by the tear diameterofanterior capsule bag in circular capsulorhexis, the vision, cap-sule contraction, IOL displaced, suspensorium disruption and after-cataract were observed. Results The complications of less diameter group were more than normal group, the difference was statictical- lysignificant （X^2=35.07, 54.85, 29.42, 38.07; all P 〈0.01）. Condusions Less tear diameter of anterior capsule bag can result capsule contraction, IOL displaced, suspensorium disruption and after-cataract, it would damage the visual fimction of these patients.
