摘  要:超低碳钢B-CH1T盘条一般用于制造强度低、变形量大的铆钉件、超细电缆铜包线和电器焊脚线。目前,超低碳钢盘条占宝钢高线年产量的5%左右。针对超低碳钢修剪量大,特别是尾部开裂导致修剪量大的问题,以5.5规格超低碳钢盘条为对象,分析研究了不同孔型轧制工艺对盘条冷镦开裂的影响机理。研究发现,有槽轧制工艺的粗轧中间样缺陷很浅,而无槽轧制工艺的粗轧中间样缺陷深度最深达1.6 mm,对成品盘条质量造成影响,提出增强导卫扶持度和优化断面控制,以实现减轻粗轧中间样缺陷深度的目的。Ultra-low carbon steel B-CH1T wire rod is generally used in the manufacture of low intensity, large deformation of the rivet parts, ultrafine copper coated wire cable and electric welding molding. Currently, ultra-low carbon steel wire rod has accounted for Baosteel high-speed wire plant about 5 % of annual production. Aiming at ultra-low carbon steel wire rod large pruning, especially tail cracking causing the problem of large pruning, with 5.5 specification ultra-low carbon steel wire rod for the object, the article gave a research and analysis of different rolling process on the wire rod for cold heading cracking mechanism. The study found that there were very shallow defects on the roughing sample of grooved rolling process, the 1.6 mm deepest depth defect on the roughing sample of flat roll rolling process would affect the quality of the finished wire rod. In order to reduce the depth of defects on the roughing sample, enhancement of the guide and guard support and optimization of section control were proposed.
