镀锡板涂饰缺陷原因分析及对策

摘　　要：薄锡层的镀锡板需要涂饰后才能使用,但有时在涂饰后的涂料板上发现各类涂饰缺陷,在分析处理这类缺陷过程中总结了各类缺陷产生的原因。镀锡板表面露铁、夹杂、黑灰、软熔烧点、油层不均等造成的涂饰缺陷都源于镀锡板本身;漏涂、镀锡板表面摩擦、涂料均匀性差、涂层污染等造成的涂饰缺陷是在涂饰过程中形成的。制罐过程中也会造成涂饰缺陷。Only after lacquered tow tin coating tinplate can be made into cans. Some kinds of lacquered defects may happened after lacquering. Some reasons for lacquered defects have been summarized from experiences in the process of quality disputes. One of main reason is due to tinplate itself, include iron in the surface of tinplate and inclusion and dark dust in the surface of tinplate and burned spot during reflowing process and nonuniform oil. The lacquered defects caused by voids in the cured coating and friction between surface of tinplate and surface of lacquered plate and bad homogenization of lacquer and coating contamination etc are made during lacquering. Some lacquered defects can be made during can-making.
