摘  要:药芯焊丝用带钢经冷轧后内部晶粒产生严重的变形,影响了其使用性能。根据生产药芯焊丝用冷轧带钢性能的特殊要求,制订了冷轧后带钢的退火工艺方案,分析了经罩式退火炉处理后的带钢的组织及力学性能。研究表明:退火后,带钢的组织为均匀的等轴晶,屈服强度大于180MPa,伸长率大于43%,平均硬化指数0.23,充分满足药芯焊丝生产的要求。The grains of flux cored wire strip after cold rolling is deformed seriously, which affects the performance of the steel. According to the special requirements for properties of cold rolled strip in production of flux-cored wire the annealing process of cold rolled strip was formulated, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the rolled strip after annealing were studied. Result shows that the microstructure of the strip steel after annealing was uni- form equiaxed grains, the yield strength was more than 180 MPa, elongation was greater than 43 % and the aver- age hardening index was 0.23, which could fully meet the requirements of flux-cored wire production.
