类风湿合并颈动脉硬化患者血清氧化应激状态与MMPs相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿合并血清颈动脉硬化患者血清氧化应激状态与MMPs水平及临床意义.方法选择缓解期类风湿患者92例,分为无颈动脉硬化组(A组)45例,合并颈动脉组(B组)47例,同时选择健康人群40例作为对照组(C组).分别检测MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1、MDA、SOD、GSH.结果 A组MMP-9、TIMP-1较C组均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1较A组、C组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组SOD、GSH较C组均存在下降(P<0.05),B组SOD、GSH较A组、C组79差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MDA较A组有升高(P<0.05).SOD与MMP-9、TIMP-1有相关(P<0.05),与MMP-3未见相关性(P>0.05).GSH与MMP-3、MMP-9有负相关(P<0.05),与TIMP-1正相关(P<0.05).结论稳定期类风湿合并颈动脉硬化患者MMPs与氧化应激的紊乱密切相关,共同促进颈动脉硬化的发生.Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of serum oxidative stress with MMPs in rheumatoid patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods Ninety-two cases of rheumatoid patients were divided into non-carotid atherosclerosis group （group A,45 cases） and carotid artery （group B,47 cases）,while 40 cases of healthy person were selected as the control group （group C）.MMP-3,MMP-9,TIMP-1,MDA,SOD and GSH were detected.Results There were significant differences in MMP-9 and TIMP-1 between groups A and C （P＜ 0.05）,and in MMP-3,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 between group B and the other two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Compared with group C,SOD and GSH in group A have decreased significantly （P ＜0.05）.There were significant differences in SOD and GSH between group B and groups A and C,and MDA in group B increased significantly compared with group A （P ＜ 0.05）.SOD showed significant correlations with MMP-9 and TIMP-1 （P＜ 0.05）,while no correlation with MMP-3 （P ＞ 0.05）.There were negative correlations of GSH with MMP-3 and MMP-9 （P ＜ 0.05）,while was significant positive correlation with TIMP-1 （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion MMPs were closely related to the oxidative stress disorder in rheumatoid patients with carotid atherosclerosis,which promote the incidence of carotid artery atherosclerosis.
