β-catenin与视黄醇结合蛋白对糖尿病肾病的诊断价值

摘  要:目的探讨β-catenin与视黄醇结合蛋白对糖尿病肾病中的临床意义及诊断价值.方法选择糖尿病患者131例,分为单纯糖尿病组(A组)、微量蛋白尿组(B组)、大量蛋白尿组(C组),分别有54例、42例、35例.分别检测各组血Cys C、BUN、Cr及β-catenin、尿RBP、尿蛋白.结果 B组β-catenin、RBP及尿蛋白较A组均有升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组β-catenin、RBP及尿蛋白较A组及B组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组Cys C较A组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组Cys C、BUN及Cr较A组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组CysC较B组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).β-catenin与尿蛋白及CysC呈正相关(P<0.05),RBP与尿蛋白呈正相关(P<0.05).结论β-catenin与视黄醇结合蛋白是监测糖尿病肾病进展的重要指标,对其水平检测有助于肾脏损伤的早期发现与诊断.Objective To investigate the diagnostic value ofβ-catenin and retinol-binding protein in diabetic nephropathy.Methods 131 cases of diabetes were divided into DM group (group A),microalbuminuria group (group B),and proteinuria group (group C),with 54 cases,42 cases,35 cases respectively.Cys C,BUN,Cr,and β-catenin,urinary RBP,urinary protein of each group were detected.Results Serum levels of β-catenin,RBP and urinary protein of Group B were significantly higher than those of group A (P<0.05),while those of group C were significantly different from groups A and B (P< 0.05) Serum levels of Cys C of Group B and group A were significantly different (P<0.05) Serum levels of Cys C,BUN and Cr of group C showed significant difference compared with group A (P <0.05),and CysC of group C was significantly different from groups B (P<0.05).Serum levels of β-catenin protein and urinary CysC showed significant positive correlation (P<0.05),and RBP and urinary protein were significantly positively correlated (P <0.05) Conclusion β-catenin and retinol-binding protein are important indicators to monitor the progression of diabetic nephropathy,its level detection can contribute to the early detection of kidney injury and diagnosis.
