彩色多普勒超声对妇科术后患者小腿肌间静脉丛血栓诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的通过彩色多普勒超声检查,探讨其对诊断妇科手术后患者小腿肌间静脉丛血栓形成的应用价值。方法分析31例妇科手术后临床考虑为小腿肌间静脉丛血栓患者,观察其小腿肌间静脉二维超声及彩色多普勒超声的声像图改变,并与健侧小腿肌间静脉及溶栓治疗后患侧进行比较。结果患侧小腿肌间静脉与健侧比较有明显区别,且溶栓治疗后,患侧小腿肌间静脉声像图接近于健侧。结论彩色多普勒超声对妇科手术后患者小腿肌间静脉血栓的诊断具有较大的临床价值,通过超声检查可直观监测血栓的存在,并且可动态观察溶栓治疗后血栓的状况。Objective To explore the vaule of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of calf muscular venous thrombosis after gynecological surgery. Methods Compared with the normal ones and those received thrombolytic therapy, to analyze 31 cases with calf muscular venous thrombosis, which were examined by two-dimension and color Doppler ultrasonography. Results Calf muscular venous of the cases with calf muscular venaus thrombosis were significant different from the normal ones and those received thrombolytic therapy. And after a period of throm-bolytic therapy, the images of muscular venous thrombosis cases were more like the normal ones. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of calf muscular venous thrombosis after gynecological surgery has great clinical value, it can show thrombosis and revascularization after treatment effectively.
