摘 要:目的建立糖尿病大鼠模型,研究在糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,DM)状态下加载不同力值对微种植体支抗稳定性的影响。方法随机选取40只雄性Wistar大鼠分正常对照组和DM0g组、60g组、100g组,后3组腹腔注射链脲佐菌素造DM大鼠模型,将各组大鼠右侧胫骨近远端各植入一枚微种植钉,2周后,DM0g组、DM60g组、DM100g组分别负载0g、60g、及100g力,加力4周处死大鼠,制取胫骨组织切片标本,甲苯胺蓝染色,镜下观察微种植体周围骨结合情况。结果各组微种植体均无松动,加载100g力微种植体支抗位移大于加载60g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);加载100g力微种植体支抗骨结合率小于加载60g组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病状态下微种植体支抗正畸治疗是可行的,前提是控制好血糖和力值,60g矫治力时微种植体在骨内移动距离最小,骨结合率最大,稳定性最好。Objective To study the stability of different force on micro- implant anchorage in diabetes rat. Methods Forty male Wistar rats were randomly selected and divided into four groups: control group, DM 0g group, DM 60g group, DM 100g group. All diabetes rat models of DM groups were given streptozotocin by intraperitoneal injection. Two micro - implants were implanted to the proximal and distal part of right tibia in all rats model. After two weeks, DM 0g group, DM 60g group, DM 100g group were respectively loaded with 0g, 60g, 100g orthodontic force. All rats were killed after'loaded four weeks, the tibia biopsy specimens were fixed, and toluidine blue stained, and examined the histological progresses of implant - bone interfaces by light microscope. Results All rats showed no microimplants loosening. The mobile space in 100g loading group was larger than 60g loading group, the difference had statistically significant (P〈0.05). The combination rate in loading 100g micro implant was less than the load 60g group, the difference had statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion After controlling the diabetes and force, micro - implant orthodontic treatment is feasible for diabetes status. The mobile space in 60g loading group is smallest, and the micro- implant bone combination rate is higher, its stable performance may be more adapted to the clinical.
