运动疗法在初患糖尿病临床护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨运动疗法对初患糖尿病患者住院期间血糖控制的影响。方法将80名2型糖尿病初次住院患者随机分成二组,对照组40例,给予常规治疗和护理;观察组40例,在常规治疗和护理基础上每天做糖尿病体操锻炼45min。结果观察组患者的血糖控制情况为:理想27例,良好11例,较差2例。对照组血糖控制情况为:理想13例,良好23例,较差4例。二组血糖控制情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初患糖尿病患者住院期间给予运动锻炼和指导能够更快更理想地控制血糖水平。Objective To investigate the blood sugar control effects of early exercise therapy for diabetes patients hospitalized. Methods Totally 80 patients with type 2 diabetes first hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. Control group were given routine treatment and nursing; the observation group received diabetic gymnastics exercise 45 minutes every day on the basis of the routine therapy and nursing care. Results The status of blood sugar control in observation group was as follows： ideal in 27 cases, good in 11 cases, 2 cases of poor. While the blood sugar control in control group： ideal for 13 cases, good in 23 cases, 4 cases of poor. There was a statistically significaht difference between two groups in glycemic control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Giving exercise and guidance to diabetic patients early hospitalized can be more quickly and ideally to control blood sugar levels.
