摘 要:目的探讨母婴同室病房陪伴者手卫生现况及其影响因素。方法选择杭州市某三乙医院产科实行母婴同室的883例陪伴者作为研究对象,对其进行手卫生认知与行为测评,并通过定时整群抽样对284例陪伴者行手标本微生物检测,分析陪伴者手卫生认知与行为水平及影响因素。结果陪伴者手卫生认知平均得分(5.88±3.05)分(满分13分),手卫生行为平均得分(10.94±2.01)分(满分15分),陪伴者手标本微生物检测阳性率为57.39%;Logistic回归分析显示健康教育、手卫生认知水平与手卫生行为显著相关(P<0.05)。结论母婴同室病房陪伴者手卫生认知与行为水平处于中等偏下,通过教育提高陪伴者手卫生知识,提升手卫生行为。Objective To study the present situation and related influencing factor analysis on hand hygiene for compan ions in maternal-infant wards.Method Assess 883 companions in maternal-infant wards on cognition and behavior on hand hygiene.Analyze 284 companions' cognition and behavior on hand hygiene and its influencing factors by regular cluster sampling on microbial detection of hand specimen.Result The average score of hand hygiene cognition is (5.88±3.05) for companions (full score of 13).The average score of hand hygiene behavior is (10.94± 2.01) (full score of 15).Positive rate of microbial detection of hand specimen is 57.39%.Logistic regression analysis shows that health education and cognition level have correlation with hand hygiene behavior (P<0.05).Conclusion Level of hand hygiene cognition and behavior of companions in maternal-infant wards is below normal,which can be improved by educate companions on hand hygiene knowledge.
