摘　　要：文章分析了我国绿色港口发展的主要成效与存在的主要问题,阐述了我国绿色港口发展的战略意义,立足国情探讨了我国绿色港口发展的战略思路、目标指标,提出了港口结构调整、绿色科技创新、制度环境建设、管理能力提升、重点环节监管等方面的战略重点,并从加强组织领导、强化政策激励和深化示范推广等方面提出了保障措施。This paper analyzes the main achievements and existing problems of green port development in China, and expounds the strategic significance of China＇s green port development. It puts forward the strategic idea and overall guideline, objectives and major indicators of China＇s green port development. And it also proposes strategic focus, including optimization of structure of port industry, green technology innovation, institutional environment construction and management capacity improvement, the key link supervision. And it puts forward the counter measures including strengthening organization and leadership, improving the incentive policies and further promoting the demonstration.
