摘  要:针对粗银电解过程中,银粉自然脱水-人工洗涤-烘箱干燥工艺存在的水分高、劳动强度大、洗涤废水量大、洗涤废水和银电解废液氯化沉银流程长、含氯废水处理难度大等问题,提出了离心脱水-洗涤-红外加热干燥、洗水沉银直接铸阳极电解、废电解液净化回用新工艺。新工艺银粉洗涤水消耗0.62 kg/kgAg,烘干时间10 min,洗水银回收率99.6%,82%的银电解废液净化后直接返回电解。In the process of crude silver electrolysis, aiming at the problems existed in the process of silver powder natural dehydration-manual washing-oven drying, such as high moisture, high labor intensity and large quantity of waste washing water, the process flow of precipitating silver with chlorination from waste washing water and waste silver electrolysis solution is long, and the treatment of waste water containing chlorine is difficult. The new technologies of centrifugal dehydration-washing, infrared heating and drying, directly casting anode electrolysis using silver precipitation from washing water, and waste electrolysis solution purification and recycling were put forward. After adopting the new technology, the silver powder consumption of washing water reduced to 0.62 kg/kgAg, the drying time was 10 min, the recovery rate of silver from washing water reached 99.6% , and 82% of waste silver electrolysis solution can be purified and directly returned to electrolysis.
