中草药免疫促进剂对草杂鸡生殖器官组织结构的影响

摘　　要：研究中草药免疫促进剂对草杂鸡生殖器官组织结构的影响。试验选用240只1日龄草杂鸡,随机均分成2组,分别为对照组和试验组。中草药免疫促进剂分别按照0%和1%比例添加到饮水中,试验期42d。试验结束时每组随机抽取20只鸡,采集睾丸和卵巢样本,石蜡切片,H·E染色,在显微镜下观察。试验组睾丸的曲精小管、间质组织、基膜、精子细胞和精原细胞的形态结构与对照组相比没有显著差异。试验组卵巢生殖上皮、卵泡发育、黄体和卵泡膜等的形态结构与对照组相比也没有显著差异。研究表明饮水中添加中草药免疫促进剂对草杂鸡生殖器官组织结构的发育没有影响。The effect of herbs medicinal extracts immune peptide on the chicken＇s generative organs tissue structure were studied. 240 one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into 2 groups——the control group and trial group. And all the chickens took in 0 and 1% Chinese medicinal herbal extracts peptide added in the drinking water. After the trial period of 42 days,20 chickens were selected randomly from each group. Testicles and ovaries samples were collected. Bouin solution fixed and histological method were applied to make tissue biopsies, H·E staining. Effect of peptide on the tissue structure of reproductive organs were observed through microscope. The testicular seminiferous tubule,interstitial tissue,basal membrane,sperm,sperm cells and spermatogonial cells morphology and quantity of trial group did not change obviously. Germinal epithelium ovarian and ovarian follicle,corpus luteum and theca did not change obviously,too. The results show that immune peptide in extracted from herb drinking water medicine has no effect on the tissue structure of reproductive organs.
