摘 要:研究金钱草水提液对草酸钙结石小鼠的钙、磷代谢及对肾脏功能及其组织结构的影响,为金钱草在防治草酸钙结石方面的应用提供参考。采用1%乙二醇和1%氯化铵混合溶液自由饮水方式诱发小鼠形成草酸钙结石,同时用金钱草水提液作为干预因素,28d试验期结束后,空腹摘除眼球法采血,制备血清,测定血清中钙、磷、尿酸、尿素氮和肌酐的含量,测定肾组织中钙和磷含量,HE染色切片观察肾脏组织结构变化。金钱草干预组小鼠血清钙和肾组织匀浆中钙含量均显著降低(P<0.05);草酸钙结石组血清磷含量极显著升高(P<0.01);金钱草干预组肾组织中磷含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。各组尿酸含量差异不显著;与正常对照组比较,草酸钙结石组尿素氮含量极显著升高(P<0.01);与草酸钙结石组相比较,金钱草干预组尿素氮的含量极显著降低(P<0.01),与正常对照组和草酸钙结石组相比较,金钱草干预组肌酐含量显著降低(P<0.01)。草酸钙结石组小鼠的肾小管腔中分布大量散在的透明草酸钙晶体,肾小球轻度萎缩。金钱草干预组的肾组织中未见明显的草酸钙晶体沉积。金钱草可有效减少草酸钙结石模型小鼠肾脏草酸钙晶体的形成,其作用机制可能与其降低血钙和肾组织中钙及保护肾组织结构有关。The intervention effect of aqueous extract from Lysimachia Cristinae Hance on calcium and phosphate metabolism and renal function and structure of mice with calcium oxalate Stones ware investigated,to provide reference for the application of Lysimachia Cristinae Hance in preventing calcium oxalate stones. The mice with calcium oxalate stone formation were induced by 1% ethylene glycol and 1% ammonium chloride,meanwhile aqueous extract from Lysimachia Cristinae Hance was used as intervening factors. After 28 days medication,the calcium,phosphorus,uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatinine content was measured in serum delete prepared by taking blood through removing the eyes. The calcium content and phosphate content in kidney tissues was determined. Histological section of kidney were made HE staining. That calcium levels in serum and calcium in renal tissue ware significantly lower in Lysimachia Christinae Hance intervention group( P 0. 05); serum phosphorus levels in Oxalate Calcium Stone group ware greatly significantly higher( P 0. 01); phosphorus levels in renal tissue of Lysimachia Christinae Hance intervention group ware significantly lower than normal control group( P 0. 01). There ware no significant differences in the uric acid in each groups in; urea nitrogen content of Lysimachia cristinae Hance group was greatly lower than stone formation group( P 0. 01),and creatinine content of Lysimachia Cristinae Hance group was greatly lower than that of the control group and stone formation group. The calcium oxalate stones in renal tubular were visible in the Oxalate Calcium Stone group,atrophy of the glomerulus,and crystals deposition of calcium oxalate stones in Lysimachia Hristinae Cance group were significantly reduced. The Lysimachia Christinae Hance can reduce kidney calcium oxalate crystal formation in mice of renal calcium oxalate stones,and the mechanism is probably related to the reducing calcium content in blood and kidney tissues and protecting kidney function.
