卡罗拉安全气囊实训教学系统开发与应用

摘　　要：为了提高维修专业实训教学效果和降低教学成本,以卡罗拉安全气囊为研究对象,利用工业控制KingView组态软件开发了具有故障设置、实时故障检测和故障排除等功能的汽车安全气囊实训教学系统。实际应用表明,该系统具有人机界面友好。有关安全气囊故障设置、检测与排除等有关思路的讲解,为汽车维修专业的实训教学提供了一种新的手段。In order to raise the practical training effect and reduce the cost of education of automobile maintenance major, the authors developed a new education system for the practical training of SRS （ Supplemental Inflatable Restraint System）. Based on the application of KingView configurable software, this new system is capable of making fault preset, real-time fault detection and fault removal. Application shows that this system is with friendly human interface, easy fault preset and clear demonstration of removal of faults, and provides a new measure for the practical training of automobile maintenance major.
