摘　　要：重点实验室是研究型大学进行实验教学和科学研究的重要基地,持续推进实验室全面改革是重点实验室实现可持续发展的重要工作。第二炮兵工程大学"导弹发射与定向瞄准"军队重点实验室对前期实验室建设中存在的问题进行了系统的思考和全面的分析。在此基础上,为适应当前军事斗争准备变化和高素质人才培养需要,从编制上理顺关系,完善实验室运行和管理体系;加强论证工作,从源头把好实验室建设方向;注重人才培养,促进实验室专门队伍的建设;整合资源配置,提升实验设备使用效能;探索实验保障途径,促进实验室全面可持续发展。经过1年的全面改革和实践,重点实验室走上了发展快车道,实现了对教学和科研工作的强力支撑。Key laboratory of a research-oriented university is an important base for experiment teaching and scientific research, and the continuous overall restructuring is an important work for key laboratory to achieve sustainable development. The army key laboratory of ＂Missile Launch and Directional Aiming＂ in The Second Artillery Engineering University researched and analyzed the peoblems existed in the past construction period. On this basis, in order to satisfy the demands of change of the current military preparation and high-quality personnel quality, it was necessary to straighten out the relation of formation and perfect lab operation and management system. The argumentation work was to correct the construction direction from the source; the personnel quality was emphasized to enhance the construction of laboratory dedicated team; the resource allocation was integrated to improve using efficiency of laboratory equipments; the guarantee way was explored to promote laboratory sustainable development in an all-round way. After one year of comprehensive reform and practice, the key laboratory has been running in a fast track, and has realized the powerful support for the work of teaching and scientific research.
