摘　　要：随着1955年日本的Nishihata首先报道了隆鼻手术,随后在全国整形医师的共同努力下,近年来已取得了空前的发展。随着生物材料在临床上的研究与应用极大地促进了隆鼻手术的进步,而伴随着复合材料、组织工程骨等技术的应用,隆鼻手术有了更大的提高。相信随着组织工程的进步,隆鼻手术在未来将能够不断发展壮大。Japanese professor Nishihata reported the augmentation rhinoplasty firstly in 1955, then we have made a unprecedented development in plastic surgeon by the efforts of all orthopedists in China in recent years. Basic research and clinical application of biomaterials have greatly promoted the development of augmentation rhinoplasty. Moreover, with the development of composite materials and bone tissue engineering use in clinical, augmentation rhinoplasty has improved significantly. We believe that with the tissue engineering further improved, augmentation rhinoplasty will be developed continuously.
