摘　　要：改革开放以来 ,我国农民利益得到了较好实现和保护。然而 ,无法回避的现实是 :由于历史的和现实的种种原因 ,我国农民利益仍在遭受各种损害。从总体上看 ,主要表现在工农业产品价格“剪刀差”依然存在 ;国家财政对农业、农村基础性公益性事业的投入长期严重不足 ,财政支出的非农偏向十分明显 ;农业剩余劳动力数量依然庞大且转移难度增大 ,农民就业仍很不充分 ;农民负担过重并未得到根本解决以及农民收入增长趋缓 。The peasant interests in China has obtained well reality and protection since reform and opening up to the outside.However,the reality we can not dodge is that the peasant interests is still suffering varios losses account of many reasons in history and reality.In the view of the whole situation,the main expression is that price scissors of industrial and agricultural products is in existance yet,that state expenditure to agriculture rural infrastructure and public welfare is serious insufficient in long period of time and expenditure to non-agriculture is quite obvious,that the amount of surplus labourers in agriculture is remain big,it is very difficult to distract them and they are underemployment and that the problem of peasant over-burden has not been solved at all,the income of peasant is increasing slowly and the distinction being reduced once between town and country are extended gain.
