摘  要:为获得站立、步行、慢跑三种状态下运动鞋鞋垫的最优参数,对20名男大学生进行足底压力测试。通过对比裸足与穿上鞋垫后足底峰值压强的变化,确定鞋垫的最优参数。结果表明:鞋垫能有效分散足底压力,降低足底峰值压强;在站立状态下,鞋垫最优参数为前掌厚度7mm、硬度40°,中足和后跟的厚度分别为6mm和7mm、硬度23°;在步行状态下,鞋垫的舒适度参数为前掌和后跟的厚度5mm、中足厚度6mm,硬度23°;在慢跑状态下,鞋垫的舒适度参数为前掌厚度5mm、中足厚度6mm、后跟厚度7mm,硬度为23°。In order to acquire the optimal parameters of sports shoes insole on the motion state of standing, walking and running, 20 male college students are enrolled in these experiments of plantar pressure testing. By comparing the peak pressure of shoe with insole and without insole, the optimal parameters were determined. The results show that: plantar pressure can be effectively dispersed and reduced by the insole of sports shoes; on the state of standing, the optimal parameters of insole are as follows: the thickness of forefoot is 7mm with 40 degrees hardness, the thicknesses of midfoot and rearfoot are respectively 6mm and 7mm with 23 degrees hardness; on the state of walking, the optimal parameters of insole are as follows: the thicknesses of forefoot and rearfoot are all 5mm, the thickness of midfoot is 6mm, the hardness of insole is 23 degrees; on the state of running, the optimal parameters of insole are as follows: the thicknesses of forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot are relatively 5mm, 6mm and 7mm, the hardness of insole is 23 degrees.
