摘　　要：肾脏轻链沉积病（LCDD）属于浆细胞病,在临床上较少见,诊断治疗较困难。我们以小剂量硼替佐米治疗1例患者获得良好效果,现报告如下。Primary renal light chain deposition disease（LCDD）is a plasma cell disease,which is rare in clinic and its diagnosis and treatment are difficult.We applied low dose of bortezomib in a patient with primary LCDD and achieved good outcome.Now we reported it as follows.
