出血合并血栓形成为表现的获得性维生素K依赖性凝血因子缺乏症1例

摘　　要：毒药中毒引起的获得性维生素K1依赖性凝血因子缺乏症绝大多数以出血倾向为主要表现,罕见合并血栓形成者。现报告1例如下。A woman of 46years old was admitted due to skin bleeding and right lower extremity pain.Measurements of blood coagulation factors showed the deficiency of FⅡ,FⅦ,FⅨ,FⅩ,protein S and protein C.Right fibula vein embolism was confirmed by color-Doppler ultrasound.Vitamin K and fresh frozen plasma was supplied, and low molecular heparin was added 3days later.Skin bleeding and right lower extremity pain released.The patient was diagnosed acquired vitamin K-dependent coagulation-factor deficiencies supposed secondary to superwarfarins poisoning.
