摘  要:离体筛选发现二苯甲酰肼对鳞翅目害虫有很好的活性,商业化的物质也主要用于防治鳞翅目害虫。进一步以按蚊属和铃夜蛾属幼虫为试虫的活体筛选发现二苯甲酰肼对按蚊属幼虫有高的活性。对基因hr3的诱导和氯虫酰肼及KU-106与AgaEcR-LBD配体结合口袋的对接研究表明EcR为它们的作用靶标。In vitro screen showed that dibenzoylhydrazines have high activity on lepidopterans. The commercial dibenzoylhydrazine compounds are mainly used for controlling pests of lepidopteran. In vivo assays based on Anopheles mosquito larvae and Helicoverpa larvae find that dibenzoylhydrazines have good effect on Anopheles mosquito larvae. Induction of the ecdysone-inducible gene hr3 in mosquito larvae and docking of halofenozide and KU-106 into the ligand-binding pocket of AgaEcR-LBD indicate that EcR in insects is the action target of dibenzoylhydrazines.
