寒喘宁口服液对实验性哮喘豚鼠支气管肺灌洗液中NO和TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察寒喘宁口服液对哮喘豚鼠支气管肺灌洗液(BALF)中NO和TNF-α含量的影响,评价其对哮喘豚鼠炎症反应的治疗作用。方法选用50只体重为250 g^300 g的雄性豚鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松对照组、寒喘宁大剂量组、寒喘宁小剂量组,每组10只。造模后分别按要求给药,检测哮喘豚鼠BALF中NO和TNF-α的含量。结果模型组豚鼠BALF中NO、TNF-α的含量比正常对照组明显升高,而经寒喘宁口服液治疗后,BALF中NO、TNF-α的含量比模型组明显降低。结论寒喘宁口服液能降低BALF中NO、TNF-α的含量,说明寒喘宁口服液可能是治疗小儿支气管哮喘的有效药物。Objective to observe the Han Chuan Ning oral liquid on the lung of guinea pig with asthma lavage fluid（ BALF） of NO and TNF- α content,to evaluate its therapeutic effect on guinea pig asthma inflammation. Methods 50 weight was 250 g - 300 g male guinea pigs,were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,dexamethasone group,large dose group,Han Chuan Ning low dose group,10 rats in each group. After modeling respectively according to the requirements for medicine,measuring the content of NO and TNF- α BALF in asthmatic guinea pigs. Results the content of NO,TNF- α BALF guinea pigs in model group than in the normal control group were significantly increased,while the Han Chuan Ning oral liquid after treatment,contents of NO,TNF- α BALF was significantly lower than the model group. Conclusion Han Chuan Ning oral liquid can decrease the content of NO,TNF- α BALF,shows that Han Chuan Ning oral liquid could be an effective drug for the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.
