太白米中对-香豆酸的薄层鉴别及含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立太白米中对-香豆酸的薄层鉴别方法和含量测定方法。方法采用Welch Materials C18色谱柱（4.6×250 mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液（25：75）,流速：1.0 mL/min,检测波长：308 nm,柱温30℃。结果对-香豆酸在43.96-263.76μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,R=1,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.2%。结论本法灵敏、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可用于太白米中对-香豆酸的含量测定。Objective to establish a method for the determination of- TLC method and content of p- coumaric acid too rice. Methods Welch Materials C18 column（ 4. 6 × 250 mm,5 μ m）,mobile phase of methanol：- 0. 1 % acetic acid aqueous solution（ 25： 75）,flow rate： 1. 0 mL / min,detection wavelength： 308 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃. The Results of p-coumaric acid in the range of 43. 96 - 263. 76 μ g / mL good linear relationship,R = 1,the average recovery was 100. 4 %,RSD1. 2 %. Conclusion this method is sensitive,accurate,repeatable,reproducible,and can be used for determination the content of- coumaric acid too rice.
