摘　　要：目的调查ICU护士心理健康状况及心理咨询需求,探讨影响ICU护士心理咨询需求的内在因素。方法采用自行设计的一般资料及心理咨询需求状况调查表、症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表,对130名ICU护士进行测评。结果 ICU护士症状自评量表中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子得分及阳性项目数均高于全国常模(P<0.01);有72.31%的ICU护士对心理咨询表示不同程度的需要;经多因素分析,合同关系和值夜班情况影响ICU护士的心理咨询需求(P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁程度与需求程度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 ICU护士心理健康水平低于全国常模,心理健康状况及值夜班情况和合同关系对心理咨询的主观需求产生影响。Objective To investigate the level of mental health status and psychological counseling requirement of ICU nurses, and to explore the internal factors influencing nurses＇psychological counseling requirement. Methods Totally, 130 ICU nurses were recruited and investigated using a self - designed general information and psychological counseling requirement questionnaire, Symptoms Checklist - 90 （ SCL - 90 ）, Self - Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） and Self - Rating Depression Scale （SDA）. Results Scores of somatization, obsessive - compulsive, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, psychoticism and the number of positive items of SCL - 90 in ICU nurses were significantly higher than those of the domestic norms （ P 〈 0.01 ）. About 72.31% of the nurses had subjective requirement of psychological consultation ,which was significantly influenced by night shift and contract relationship （P 〈 0.05 ）. There existed positive correlation between scores of SAS and SDS with degree of requirement （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The mental health level of ICU nurses is lower than the national norm. Mental health status, night shift and contract relationship influence nurses＇ subjective demand for psychological counseling.
