摘  要:目的探讨对泌尿外科手术患者及家属进行阶段化健康教育的效果。方法将2012年5月至12月住院的126例手术患者及家属实施阶段化健康教育,运用患者满意度调查量表进行测评,同时进行护理不良事件统计,并与2011年9月至2012年4月的123例手术患者进行对比研究。结果对泌尿外科手术患者实施阶段化健康教育后,提高了患者对自身疾病知识的了解及其满意度,降低了护理不良事件发生率(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科手术患者进行阶段化健康教育,有利于增强患者相关疾病知识的了解,提高患者满意度,降低护理风险和不良事件发生。Objective To explore the effects of staged health education for surgical patients and their family members in department of urology. Methods A total of 126 surgical patients and their family members from May to December in 2012 were received staged health education. The effects were evaluated by using satisfaction scale. Besides, nursing adverse events were compared with other 123 surgical patients hospitalized from Sep. 2011 to Apr. 2012. Results After staged health education, patients' knowledge of disease and satisfaction were improved, the incidence of nursing adverse events was decreased ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Staged health education for surgical patients is beneficial for improving patients'knowledge of related disease, improve patient satisfaction and decrease nursing risks and nursing adverse events.
