山口水库饮用水源保护区的划分与保护措施

摘　　要：五大连池市位于黑龙江省北部,行政属黑河市管辖。山口水库位于五大连池市境内的讷谟尔河上游,距五大连池市约50km。通过对五大连池市山口水库水质和水量的分析论证,水库具备水源地的基本条件。为了政府和有关部门依法加强饮用水水源地的管理,合理开发利用饮用水水源,保障水源地的供水安全,必须划定水源地的保护范围,并制定相应的保护措施,文章为此作为论述。Wudalianchi City is located in the northern part of Heilongjiang Province, and is under the jurisdiction of Heihe City administrative district. Shankou Reservoir was constructed on the upper reaches of Nemor River in Wudalianchi City and about 50km from the city. Through the water quality evaluation and water quantity calculation, it shows that the reservoir possesses the basic condition of water source spot. The protection scope of the water source spot must be divided d and corresponding protection countermeasures must be formulated in order to strengthen the drinking water source management for government and relevant departments, to develop and utilize water resources reasonably and guarantee the water supply safety of the water source spot.
