摘 要:采用高温熔融水淬法制备了以PbO-B2 O3为基本体系的含铅玻璃粉,并通过XRD、SEM等测试手段对其进行表征.采用恒温失重法,研究了在60~180℃范围内电子浆料常用有机溶剂的挥发特性,确定了铜浆用有机载体的配方.将含铅玻璃粉、铜粉和有机载体混合配制成导电铜浆,并在550℃真空烧结,采用四探针测试仪测量烧结铜膜的电阻率,通过比较研究,当铜浆用含铅玻璃粉中PbO与B2O3质量比为75%;5%时,铜浆料的导电率最小.PbO-B2O3 were used as the fundamental system of leaded glass powders,they were molted at high temperature(1100 ℃) and quenched in deionized water.This leaded glass powders were characterized by XRD,SEM,etc.Volatilization characteristics of the commonly used organic solvent of copper paste was studied by the method of constant thermo gravimetric analysis in the temperature range of 60-180 ℃ and the results helped to choose the organic carrier recipe of copper paste.Leaded conductive copper paste was prepared and vacuum sintered at 550 ℃ by mixing the leaded glass powder,the copper powder and the organic vehicle uniformly.The surface resistivity of copper pastes was measured by four point probe tester.By comparison,the conductivity of copper paste is minimum,which the optimal mass fractions of PbO and B2O3 are 75% and 5 %.
