摘 要:通过静电纺丝法制备含有添加剂多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和氯化锌(ZnCl2)的有序排列聚丙烯腈(PAN)基中空微纳米纤维,经预氧化、碳化和酸化处理后得到多孔PAN基中空碳纤维。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜观察表明,MWCNTs增加了PAN基碳纤维的表面粗糙度,而ZnCl2增加了纤维表面的孔洞结构。由吸附仪测试碳纤维的比表面积发现,多孔PAN/MWCNTs/ZnCl2碳纤维(两中空)的比表面积达到356.8m2/g,是PAN碳纤维的3.7倍。由循环伏安曲线看出,多孔PAN/MWCNTs碳纤维(两中空)较PAN碳纤维具有更好的电容性能。PAN-based hollow micro/nano-fibers with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and zinc chloride (ZnCl2) as additives were prepared from PAN fibers through electrostatic spinning.Porous PAN-based hollow carbon fibers were obtained after pre-oxidation,carbonization and acidification process of PAN-based hollow fibers.It was shown from the image of FESEM that the added MWCNTs could increase the roughness of the fiber surfaces and the ZnCl2 could increase the porous structure in the fibers.Furthermore,the nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms showed that the specific surface area of porous PAN/MWCNTs/ZnCl2 carbon fibers with two holes was 356.8 m^2/g,which was 3.7 times as that of PAN carbon fibers.According to the cyclic voltammetric curves,the porous PAN/MWCNTs carbon fibers with two holes had better capacitance properties than PAN carbon fibers.
