摘　　要：目的 对医务人员职业暴露进行统计分析,发现职业暴露的高风险因素,制定有针对性的防护措施,减少医务人员职业暴露.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对报告的118起职业暴露事件的发生情况进行统计分析.结果 高危职业是护士（职业暴露发生率为7.46％,职业暴露构成比占60.17％）,高危暴露场所是住院病房（44.07％）,高危暴露环节是拔针与拔针后处置（占54.24％）,高危暴露方式以针刺伤为主（针头占79.66％）.结论 针对职业暴露的高危人群、高危场所、高危环节配备和使用安全防护用品,加强培训,树立标准预防的理念,规范操作规程,保护医务人员安全.Objective To analyze the occupational exposure of medical staff,discover the high risk factors of occupational exposure,to develop targeted prevention measures,and reduce the medical staff occupational exposure.Methods Retrospective survey method was used to report and statistically analyze events of the l lg cases of occupational exposures.Results The high-risk profession was nurse （7.46％ incidence of occupational exposure,occupational exposure accounting for 60.17％）; high risk exposure site was hospital wards （44.07％）; high risk exposure step was pulling needle and its afterwards handling （54.24％）; high risk exposure mode was mainly needle stick injuries （needle accounting for 79.66％）.Conclusion According to high risk group,site and link,safety protective equipment should be equipped and used by strengthening training,setting up the concept of standard prevention and standard operation procedures,to protect the security of the medical staff.
